Our Culinary Philosophy
We believe that cooking is best enjoyed when it is shared with others and the Greek word for hospitality, philoxenia [fee-lox-eh-NEE-ah], most accurately portrays this. It means "love for strangers" and we hope that our classes not only help you gain confidence in your kitchen but help you share it with your neighbors by bringing them to your table.
